The Law aims at securing observance of citizens´ rights for remuneration of labour, employment and social protection; minimization of negative influence of the global financial crisis on Ukrainian economy. Thus, pursuant to the Law, "the rate of aid on partial unemployment is established by the Fund of the Compulsory State Social Insurance of Ukraine in case of unemployment simultaneously with adoption of the budget, with due account taken of the financial capacity of the Fund, and it can not exceed the rate of a living wage".
A relevant Bill was registered at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by Reg. No.3344.
